Our Background
A History of Excellence
Prep People was founded in 2002 by Laurel Brown, an exceptional Hair and Makeup Artist, who trained in London in the early 1990’s and whose career has spanned more than 30 years working in television, film, fashion, advertising as well as learning and development.
Laurels extensive experience includes consulting to global cosmetics brands, providing makeup and hair services for award-winning advertising campaigns and high profile people, while also working regularly on film and television news and drama productions. In 2002 Laurel identified the unmet demand for skills based grooming and personal presentation training in the workplace, and Prep People was born.
